We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Application permissions and their usage
The following permissions are requested for the Android app:
- Access information about networks (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
- To determine if there is an Internet connection and if requests to the application server are being made correctly
- Access the Internet (INTERNET)
- To be able to access the application server
- For the operation of analytics systems
- Access the camera device (CAMERA)
- To be able to take a picture when preparing the Event splash page or a picture of the Member of the Event
- To be able to scan a QR code to access the Event at the link
- Read from external storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
- To obtain images for the preparation of the Event splash page or the photo of the Event Member
- To obtain an image with a QR code to scan for remote access to the Event
Personal and sensitive user data
All data stored in the application are exclusively generated by the user (User generated content). The user himself creates Events (specifying the name, splash screen image, etc.), creates the List of Members (specifying their names, avatar images, etc.), generates the List of Exsesses and the List of Transactions, with all related parameters.
All data entered by the user may be real or fictitious. We are not responsible for the content of the entered information.
No other personal data is automatically collected or included in the data structure of the Event.
By default, all information is saved locally on the user's device. And only on the personal initiative of the user, the Event data can be saved on the application server, in order to provide access to other users. This remote access is also provided only on the personal initiative of the user who created the Event, and only the user is responsible for distributing access links (codes), choosing to whom to send the access link and by what method.
Account and data deletion
The current version of the application does not provide for the creation of user accounts that would be used to remotely store data on the application server. All available data is stored on the user's device. However, there is a situation when a user decides to share access to an Event with other users. In this case, the data of a particular Event is stored on the server and synchronized with the application. The connection between the application (specific installation on a particular device) and the server is controlled by a unique identifier, which is generated simultaneously with the installation of the application and does not contain any personal information (anonymous).
This also means that if the user uninstalls the app themselves or deletes the app data (via Device Settings), they will automatically lose access to any data stored on the server. The developer cannot in any way restore this connection back.
The server retention policy means that any data that has not been accessed (requested or updated) within 90 days is considered "abandoned" and is automatically deleted.
Therefore, to correctly delete their data, the user should:
- Cancel remote network access to all Events where it has been opened.
- Independently delete all created events, as well as all events accessed via a remote access link.
- Uninstall the application yourself
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
